How can I place an order?

Do you deliver?

We Deliver to Malta & Gozo

FREE Delivery to Malta on orders over €10 for a Limited Time.  Delivery fee of €4 applies on orders under €10

FREE Delivery to Gozo on orders over €35.  Delivery fee of €6 applies on orders under €35

Delivery to Siggiewi is FREE on all orders


Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order from Siggiewi.   

Place your order through the website and tick the Pick Up option at the checkout, we will contact you once your order is ready for pick up. Order will be ready for Pick Up within 1 working day.  


How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery takes place within 1 – 2 working days. However, during exceptionally busy times there may be a slight delay in the delivery.


Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, no.  We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.


Can I return an item?

We hope that you are satisfied with your order.  However, if you are not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size or colour we are happy to offer an exchange or a store credit.

Our returns policy is 15 days.  We ask that items be returned to Brother & Sister within 15 days of delivery, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with its tags intact.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are using a courier or returning the item by post, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange and whether your chosen replacement item is in stock.  If we do not have a replacement item in stock, we will issue a store credit that can be used in 3 months.

If the replacement item has to be delivered to you, a delivery fee of €4 to Malta and €6 to Gozo applies.  You can also opt to pick up your replacement item when you come with your return item.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged, under the same conditions as above. Please return the gift receipt.

Items purchased on Sale must be returned within 7 days.

Please note that the following cannot be returned or exchanged: face masks, underwear and personal care goods due to hygiene reasons.

Personalized Items, clothes that have been worn, or that the tags have been removed, may not be returned.
